How we handle information submitted through this website.

What this covers
This policy covers www.agynx.com only. It does not cover the Agynx system as deployed for a client, which is governed by the agreement with that client.
What we collect
If you submit the workflow assessment form, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, company, website, role, and your description of the workflow. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring address if your browser sent one, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
We ask you not to submit confidential records, credentials, regulated data, or customer information through this form, and the form is not designed to receive them.
Analytics
We use self-hosted analytics running on our own infrastructure. It does not set cookies and does not track you across other websites. No analytics data is shared with a third party, because no third party is involved.
What this site loads
Every file this website serves — including fonts, styles and scripts — comes from our own domain. This site does not load resources from any other company, and there are no advertising or tracking scripts on it.
How we use what you send
We use your submission to research your business from public sources, to prepare for a conversation with you, and to follow up about that conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Submissions are processed and stored on hardware we operate. Our own business runs on the same Agynx system described on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as there is an active conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Write to us and we will do it.
