Show us one repetitive workflow.

We will map what can be prepared, what should stay human, and where the measurable value may be. You keep the map either way.

What this is

We are working with a small number of businesses to finalize these workflows and the processes around them. Each client gets hardware dedicated to their business alone, so we take on a few at a time rather than many at once.

What we bring

  • A documented map of your current workflow
  • An honest view of what can and cannot be automated
  • Direct access to the people building it
  • Influence over how the workflow actually works

What we ask

  • Someone who owns the workflow and can decide
  • Time from the people who actually do the work
  • Representative examples, handled properly
  • A baseline, so the result is measurable

Please do not send confidential material through this form. No customer records, medical or regulated data, credentials, or sample documents. Once we have spoken and the right agreements are in place, we will arrange a secure way to exchange anything sensitive.

Workflow assessment

Tell us about the work

Five fields. Add more if you want to — the more you tell us, the more useful the first conversation is.

Add more detail (optional)

Would rather just email? nia@agynx.com. We will use what you send to prepare for a conversation with you and for nothing else — see our privacy policy.

What happens next

The first thing that happens is a demonstration of the product, whether we mention it or not.

01

Agynx prepares your submission

This form feeds the same lead workflow described on this site. Your company is resolved and researched from public sources, and a briefing is prepared before anyone here reads your message. We run our own business on Agynx.

02

A person reads it

Every submission is reviewed by a person before anyone replies. Nothing is sent to you automatically.

03

A short conversation

Twenty-five minutes to understand the workflow, the volume, the systems, and whether there is something real here. If there is not, we will say so.

04

A workflow map

If it looks like a fit, we spend a longer session documenting the current state and the proposed future state, with a baseline and a boundary. You keep that document regardless of what you decide.
