Agynx sits between the systems a business already uses and the person responsible for the next decision, and does the part in between that nobody enjoys.
What we are building
Most business software stores things. Very little of it prepares anything.
A document arrives and someone opens it, finds the matching record, retypes six fields and decides what to do. A lead arrives and someone opens four browser tabs before they know who they are talking to. A statement arrives and someone works through every line to find the three that are wrong.
None of that is the job. It is the work that happens before it.
That preparation is what Agynx does. Researching, extracting, checking, matching, validating and summarizing — so people start with context instead of a blank page, and spend their time on the decisions and the relationships.
We are not building a CRM, a portal, an accounting system, or a chatbot. We are building the layer that connects the systems you already have to the person who has to act.
How we build it
- Dedicated hardware per client. Not a tenant in a shared system. A machine for your business, in your building or in our colocation space.
- Our own AI. The models run on that same hardware. Your business content is not sent to an AI provider, because there is no AI provider in the architecture.
- Bounded workflows. A defined trigger, an explicit list of approved sources, and a person at the end. Not an assistant with the run of your business.
- People keep the judgement. Agynx prepares. It does not decide the things that carry consequences.
- One workflow at a time. We would rather prove one repeated task with a real baseline than promise a transformation.
Where we are
Early, and specific about it.
Agynx runs today across several deployments — including claims work, document intake, receipt handling, reconciliation, provisioning and monitoring. Those are pilots: real systems doing real work, while we finalize the workflows and the processes around them.
We are not going to show you customer logos we have not earned, metrics we have not measured, or certifications we do not hold. What we will do is show you the system running, and put you in touch with people using it.
